Cpl Healthcare are seeking applications from suitably qualified persons for the Mat Leave Cover full-time position of ADON in Tralee, Co.Kerry
Requirements:
- Registered with Nursing & Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Acute care management experience
- Minimum 5 years post registration experience including previous experience in working in an acute training hospital essential
- BSc Degree essential or higher qualification desirable andwillingness to undertake same
- Management qualification essential
- Proven ability in the areas of change management, resource management, conflict resolution, quality & safety management, problem solving and operational planning.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and IT skills essential
