----------------------------------- Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our commercial construction project in Shannon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders and subcontractors. They must possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Key responsibilities include planning & programme management supervising site activities implementing quality control measures enforcing health & safety protocols overseeing technical drawings reviewing performance reports coordinating closely with design teams collaborating with clients etc..

* A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Site Manager on commercial projects.
You will also need relevant trade background or third-level qualification in Construction Management Civil Engineering or related discipline Strong working knowledge of Irish building regulations BCAR compliance PSCS responsibilities Experience using digital site management systems (e.g.).
