Job Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employee relations and overseeing recruitment, performance management, and HR audits. They will also assist in staff training processes and implementing HR programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage employee grievances and investigations
* Oversee recruitment, interviews, and onboarding of new employees
* Performance management and metrics reporting
* Conduct HR audits and assessments
* Assist in staff training and development
* Support the implementation of HR programs and initiatives
Requirements:
* Relevant qualification in HR or related field
* CIPD qualified or working towards
* At least 3 years experience working as a HR Officer
* Knowledge of Irish Labour Laws - essential
* Experience with HR systems and Microsoft Office packages
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Fully competent driver with own transport
