Due to a recent contract win, we are currently looking for Building Maintenance Engineer, either electrical or mechanical bias to work within a commercial office building in Dublin city centreThe Building Maintenance Engineer will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance to plumbing, HVAC or electrical plant and equipmentWork could include, changing light fittings, moving sockets, fire alarm tests, flick test, etc. Could also include, leak detection, sprinkler tests, flushing systems, legionella checks, water temperature checksThis is an initial temporary contract with a view to going permanent for the right person.Must be qualified either electrically or mechanically (plumbing or air conditioning)For more details or to apply, please call Liam Hargate at Coyles
