About the Role
* Assessment, planning, implementation and review of treatment / intervention programmes for service users.
* Manage own caseload in accordance with the needs of the post.
* Collaborate with service users, family, carers and other staff in treatment / intervention planning.
The Community Mental Health Team provides services to adults with mental health conditions. The role requires excellent clinical reasoning, communication and documentation skills.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
* CORU registration as an Occupational Therapist.
* Previous experience in mental health desirable.
