About the Role
* Our organization is seeking a seasoned laboratory leader to head our QC Analytical team.
* The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring technical and systems excellence in the laboratory.
* Key responsibilities include supervising daily laboratory operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Additionally, the successful candidate will resolve analytical OOS issues and review results from Clean & Utilities program, Product Testing, and Analytical Lab activities.
About You
* A Bachelor's degree in science or equivalent is required.
* Applicants must possess 2-5 years of laboratory experience and have demonstrated leadership skills.
* The ideal candidate will also have 2-5 years of supervisory experience and excellent communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
