This is more than a clinical role - it’s a chance to lead, guide and innovate.Key Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality speech and language assessments and therapy across the lifespan, with opportunities to work in NDIS, Aged Care and Home Care, as well as privately funded individualsLead and mentor the Speech Pathology team, providing supervision and guidance including reviewing reports and ad hoc supportOpportunities to deliver services across several settings, including in-clinic, home-based services, school-based, within facilities and in the wider communityCollaborate with other allied health professionals across disciplines, with a team of over 30 Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Nurses, Counsellors, PositiveBehaviour Support Practitioners and Therapy AssistantsHost monthly team meetings including delivering on evidence-based practice and guiding professional development opportunities, as well as ensuring the team are working consistently to deliver a high standard of servicesWho We're Looking ForYou’re a confident, compassionate therapist who thrives in a collaborative environment.
