Experience in a similar role an advantage
AP/AR experience required
Ability to deal with clients and queries
Experienced with accounting software and proficient in excel
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well within a team
Strong organisational skills

Role & reporting lines
The role will report into finance manager and the duties include:
Process and maintain accurate records of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate matching of payments and receipts.
Assist in preparing monthly management accounts by supporting the month-end close process.
Prepare and post journal entries including accruals, prepayments, and adjustments.
Monitor and manage outstanding invoices, following up with clients and suppliers as needed.
Assist in the preparation of VAT returns and other regulatory filings.
Support the finance team with ad-hoc financial reporting and project work.
Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve any queries related to accounts or payments.
