Key Responsibilities
Health, Safety, Quality & Environment (HSQE):
* Support the implementation of the TLI Safety Charter and Life Saving Rules.
* Engage with employees to promote a safety-first culture and identify training needs.
* Maintain and update risk assessments and safe systems of work.
* Deliver group HSQE programmes and ensure compliance with legal, group, and client obligations.
* Manage the Corrective & Preventative Actions system with operational teams.
* Monitor and close out near misses, hazards, and incidents effectively.
* Conduct accident investigations and support client account management.
* Plan and schedule tasks to maximise efficiency and minimise safety, health, and environmental risks.
Administrative & Operational Support:
* Manage reception area, visitors, and compliance.
* Handle correspondence, emails, and mail sorting.
* Draft, format, and circulate documents and standard reports.
* Support document control and filing systems.
* Schedule meetings, book rooms, and arrange refreshments.
* Organise travel itineraries for management.
* Monitor office appearance and flag issues to discipline heads.
* Order and manage stationery and shredding requirements.
* Liaise with internal teams and customers, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
About the role
TLI Group is currently recruiting for a HSQE Administrator to join our team at the Limerick Dock Road Office (occasional travel to Kerry HQ may be required.). This is a perm onsite role.

Qualifications and Skills
Essential:
* Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently and within a team.
* Excellent communication and planning abilities.
* Experience in document control or administrative roles.
* Full driving licence.
Desirable:
* Recognised academic training (minimum Diploma in Health & Safety or relevant discipline).
* Experience in HSQE systems and behavioural safety programmes.
* Exposure to utilities or construction industry.
* Experience in client-facing roles and operational planning.
