The Role
This dynamic role requires exceptional communication, sales, and persuasion skills to build strong, long-lasting relationships with candidates and clients.
* Market research - Staying up to date on industry trends and knowing your specific market.
* Sourcing candidates - Targeting and recruiting talent, while developing a pipeline of candidates for current and future job openings.
* Managing clients - Establishing and nurturing relationships, generating new leads through cold calling and research.
* Negotiating - Facilitating negotiations of job offers and compensation packages to ensure a favourable outcome for both candidates and clients.
* Interview scheduling and management - Coordinating interviews, offering feedback, and supporting both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
