About This Role
Support the sales and management teams with requests for assistance, ensuring timely responses to inquiries from healthcare and nursing facilities. Manage rental queries, dispatching them to the appropriate sales representative for follow-up.
Coordinate private rental queries from initial contact to delivery, collaborating with the Logistics Department to provide prompt service. Prepare accurate sales quotes for the sales team, clearly documenting customer requirements and pricing details.
Process sales orders for products, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery. Handle payments from customers for rental sales, processing transactions securely according to company procedures.
Establish new customer accounts on ERP and CRM systems, maintaining up-to-date information. Address and resolve customer queries in a professional manner, striving for excellent service and customer satisfaction.
