Personal Lines Administrator
About this role
You will be responsible for generating and issuing accurate renewal documentation for home and motor insurance clients. This includes overseeing documentation management of policy schedules, endorsements, and supporting paperwork.
We are looking for someone with strong administrative skills to manage accurate records in Relay or Applied Systems and other housekeeping tasks as needed. You should have a good understanding of the products and services we offer and stay up-to-date with product updates and changes to policy and wording.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in Personal Lines insurance (home/motor focused preferred). Strong time management and organizational skills are essential for this role. Acknowledged Professionalism Assessment (APA), Certified Insurance Professional (CIP) or Grandfathered is preferred and must be fully CPD compliant. Proficiency in Relay/Applied Systems is a distinct advantage.
