Project Manager
to take ownership of the delivery of innovative noise reduction solutions within large-scale data centre construction and infrastructure projects.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic organisation at the forefront of data centre development, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing high-value projects end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and oversee the full lifecycle of project delivery, ensuring the successful implementation of noise reduction solutions for major data centre builds.
* Manage scope, schedules, budgets, and quality standards to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* Act as a key liaison between clients, contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams.
* Oversee procurement activities, contract negotiations, and vendor performance.
* Provide regular project updates to senior management, including KPIs, budget tracking, progress reports, and performance assessments.
* Monitor project outcomes, analyse performance indicators, and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
* Develop and implement effective risk management strategies and mitigation plans.
* Promote continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery.
Requirements:
* 5+ years' proven experience in managing industrial or data centre projects.
* Strong technical knowledge of data centre infrastructure (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire protection, etc.).
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
* Solid understanding of construction contracts.
* Degree in engineering, construction management, or related discipline (preferred).
Desirable Skills:
* Experience working on hyperscale or colocation data centre projects.
* Knowledge of sustainability initiatives and energy efficiency practices.
* Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
