Overview
My client, one of Ireland’s largest and most established multidisciplinary planning and environmental consultancies, is seeking a Graduate Planner to join their award-winning team in Galway or Dublin. You’ll gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of projects across the renewables, commercial, and residential sectors, and work alongside some of the most experienced professionals in the industry.
Experience: Final-year student, recent graduate, or up to 2 years’ experience
Key Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of planning projects from inception to completion
* Conduct background research, desk studies, and site visits
* Prepare planning assessments, reports, and documentation
* Monitor national and European regulatory changes and assess project impact
* Liaise with clients, authorities, and stakeholders to support project progression
Requirements
* Qualification in Town Planning (IPI or RTPI accredited)
* Good working knowledge of the Irish planning system and relevant planning/environmental legislation
* Strong organisational and report-writing skills with meticulous attention to detail
* Collaborative, flexible, and ambitious approach to work
* Full driver’s licence required
