This role offers exposure to high-calibre, international work across the full range of competition and regulation matters.
Responsibilities
Advising on merger control, antitrust investigations, market studies and appeals.
Representing claimants and defendants in competition litigation.
Providing counsel on Irish/EU regulatory issues, particularly within the telecoms, life sciences and food industries.
Collaborating closely with global teams to deliver commercial, client-focused solutions.
Proactively identifying business development opportunities to support the firm's growth.
Ideal Candidate
Qualified in Ireland, England & Wales or a Commonwealth jurisdiction.
Competition law experience (e.g. merger control, behavioural and investigations work) gained at a leading law firm.
Multi-jurisdictional experience of advising international clients.
Excellent drafting skills, capable of delivering focused commercial advice.
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and develop networks.
Strong technical expertise in competition and regulatory law.
Commercial acumen with an ability to stay updated on key legal and business trends.
Entrepreneurial approach to business development and client engagement.
