We are seeking an experienced executive to spearhead the accelerated growth of a new business venture in wear parts sales.
The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of commercial experience selling wear parts to multiple industries, along with technical expertise, leadership abilities, and international business development skills.
Primary Responsibilities
* Lead global strategy and growth by introducing new products and customers
* Develop and execute business plans based on market intelligence, customer needs, and competitive analysis
* Drive new product introduction strategies and long-term product roadmaps in close collaboration with cross-functional teams
* Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product offerings and market penetration
* Establish pricing strategies and monitor financial performance for optimal profitability
* Proactively engage with customers and dealers to identify opportunities and resolve product issues
* Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging trends to maintain market leadership
* Foster a high-performance team culture and provide leadership and development for direct reports
* Promote innovation and continuous improvement across the business line
