Overview

Business Development Representative - Arabic and/or French Speaking. This full-time, hybrid role is based out of the Dublin office. You will be part of the BDR team, working with Account Executives, Marketing and Partner teams to build opportunities in Europe and the Middle East. Responsibilities include outbound prospecting, cold-calling, video prospecting, personalised emails, and qualifying inbound leads to develop a healthy pipeline.

As a hybrid company, you are expected to come to the Dublin office at least 2 days per week and may travel to events as needed.

Technologies you’ll use include Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, Gong, Demandbase, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo or similar.


Responsibilities

* Outbound into Commercial Accounts.
* Qualify inbound leads and prospects to companies and generate quality meetings with all levels of employees from C-Level to data analysts.
* Build account plans with your Account Executive.
* Organize, log activity, and categorize sales lead information into the CRM, and utilize other prospecting tools.
* Articulate and sell Fivetran’s value to prospects and how we can aid their business insights.
* Adhere to inbound and outbound KPIs and balance time and competing priorities.
* Attend a one-week, in-person Revenue Bootcamp during the second week of onboarding (travel required).


Qualifications / Skills We’re Looking For

* Experience qualifying inbound/outbound leads.
* Self-motivated, highly accountable with a hands-on attitude.
* Excellent in-person, phone, written, and verbal communication skills with both internal and external clients.
* Curious with a passion for solving customer problems.
* Driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to convey technical principles in a conversational way.
* Comfortable with daily, weekly and monthly calls, emails, and meeting targets.
* Spoken Arabic and/or French and a network of contacts in the Middle East & Europe is advantageous.


Bonus Skills

* Previous business development experience is preferred.
* Arabic and/or French to native level is preferred.
