eir evo talent are currently seeking applicants for a Microsoft Dynamics CE Developer. This is a permanent position located with our client in Dublin. This is a hybrid role, requiring 1 day per week onsite.
Our client is embarking on an ambitious, multi-year transformation program and is seeking a skilled Dynamics CE Developer to support teams across multiple transformation initiatives.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dynamic developer to play a pivotal role in both enhancing existing functionality and delivering greenfield Dynamics Customer Service solutions. You'll work as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team, leveraging the latest Microsoft technologies to build scalable, high-performing, and business-critical systems.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Responsibilities
1. Configure and develop solutions within Dynamics CE, specifically in Customer Service environments.
2. Design and implement Power Automate flows to streamline and automate business processes.
3. Deploy solutions using CI/CD pipelines — manual deployments to test or production environments are not permitted.
4. Manage and maintain source control using Git to support the ALM process.
5. Support the CRM Architect with documentation, governance, and oversight of integrations.
6. Maintain current knowledge of new Dynamics features, Power Platform services, and Microsoft cloud capabilities.
Dynamics CRM Configuration
7. Configure Tables, Views, and Forms to support Customer Service operations.
8. Build and customize Business Process Flows, Security Roles, and Workflows.
9. Develop Plugins and JavaScript libraries to extend platform capabilities.
10. (Desirable) Experience with Canvas Apps and related Power Platform components.
Project Responsibilities
11. Work within project guidelines and objectives as defined by the transformation program.
12. Collaborate within an Agile sprint structure, contributing to planning, development, and delivery.
13. Provide timely updates, task tracking, and reporting across project streams.
14. Prioritize and manage workload based on program direction and priorities.
Requirements
15. 5+ years' experience in Dynamics development, preferably with Customer Engagement (CE/CRM).
16. Strong knowledge of Dynamics Customer Service and the Power Platform.
17. Proven ability to design and deliver innovative, reusable solutions and components.
18. Hands-on experience with SaaS integrations and Azure-based solutions.
19. Proficient in developing Plugins, Workflows, Cloud Flows, and Logic Apps.
20. Experience designing integrations in Azure, with web app development considered a bonus.
21. Practical experience with ALM tools such as Azure DevOps and Git for Enterprise.
22. (Bonus) Experience integrating with SAP ECC6 or S/4HANA.
23. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
24. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
25. Experience implementing access controls, security, and governance policies.
