Job Summary
This role involves providing high-quality HR support to employees, ensuring a positive working environment and promoting a customer-focused culture.
Main Responsibilities:
* Training and Development: Deliver training sessions and provide ongoing support for colleague development.
* Coaching and Feedback: Offer coaching, constructive feedback, and guidance to colleagues and management.
* Culture and Engagement: Maintain a positive working environment and promote a strong customer-focused culture.
* Communication: Lead regular communication briefings in line with company strategy.
* Employee Relations: Manage absence, timekeeping, grievance, disciplinary matters, and employee relations issues.
* Compliance: Ensure compliance with all HR policies and relevant employment legislation.
* Payroll: Oversee and complete weekly payroll processes for the site.
* Central Support: Work closely with central HR teams on procedural matters and policy implementation.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team, and have a strong understanding of HR best practices.
Requirements:
* Education and Qualifications: A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
* Experience: At least 2 years of experience in an HR role.
* Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team, knowledge of HR best practices.
