Your TasksResponsible for ensuring all configuration of customer Bills of Materials (including piece parts) and customer orders are managed efficiently as well as Internal and external reporting requirements.Ensuring all customer queries and issues are answered in a timely manner.Ensure that all additional costs incurred outside of Standard Matrix Pricing are captured and highlighted for re-charging to the customer.Maintain procedural documentation for each customer.Participation in New Business Introduction / New Process (Product) Introduction / Change Managements, as required. Support in gathering data for customer QBRs / MBRs.Consistently challenging processes to ensure non-value add activity is removed / reduced and mitigation of risk through our Business Process Improvement methodologies. Instigating Change Managements, as required.Support testing of SAP and System developments to ensure functionality as documented and regression testing also.OtherBased on your current job role, or any role assigned to you by your manager, you will have access to the Arvato and the customer data that is relevant for the completion of your role. You must treat Arvato and customer data in line with our Data Classification processes but if in doubt you should default to treat all Arvato and customer data as private & confidential. You must comply with all Security & IT Policies in relation to the protection of Arvato and customer data.You will be required to be flexible in this role and must be prepared to perform other tasks and undertake additional duties in any area of the business as determined by Management.
