Grow here.At AECOM, we're currently recruiting a Senior Contracts Manager to join our team in Dublin.This is a key leadership role where you'll provide commercial and contractual expertise across major projects, supporting delivery from tender stage through to final account.What you'll doYour day-to-day responsibilities will include, but won't be limited to:Managing contract administration from tendering through to final assessmentEnsuring full compliance with NEC contract terms and Contracting Entity standardsLeading contractual negotiations and supporting procurement strategiesOverseeing contractor and consultant performance against KPIs and incentive mechanismsReviewing compensation events, payment applications, and cost forecastsSupporting claims management and dispute resolution processesBuilding, mentoring, and leading a team of Contract Administrators
Qualifications
Ready to push the limits of what's possible?We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a strong background in our primary infrastructure markets, including aviation.As the successful candidate, you will bring the following qualifications and experience:Postgraduate qualification, ideally in Project Management, Construction, Engineering or Quantity SurveyingExtensive experience in contract management, including a minimum of three years' experience working with NEC contractsA strong track record delivering infrastructure and/or aviation projectsProven capability in performance monitoring, claims management and commercial reporting
