Overview
The Cyber Secure team seeks a Product Manager-Technical to advance our customer experience strategy through innovation and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer journey, highly motivated, curious, analytical, and entrepreneurial-minded.
Role Responsibilities
1. Deliver analysis on product requirements, serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) from the user perspective.
2. Build and understand user journeys based on product owner requirements.
3. Translate business and product owner requirements into features for development teams.
4. Collaborate with product owners, architects, and solution managers on projects to assist in solutioning and architecture design.
5. Engage with customers to understand their experience, needs, and requirements.
About You
Essential Knowledge/Experience
* Deep analytical skills to connect product requirements with user journeys and high-level architecture.
* Experience in designing and developing digital native applications and microservices.
* Proactive in learning and becoming the SME on the service.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Knowledge of software development processes, including Agile methodologies.
Desirable Knowledge/Experience
* Payments industry experience.
* Fraud prevention and cybersecurity industry knowledge.
* Experience integrating vendor and open-source products into systems.
