As Cluster Assistant Revenue Manager, you will workside-by-sidewith the Cluster Revenue Manager, gaining direct mentorship and hands-on experience.You'll be empowered to grow into a future leader,in strategic pricing, market analysis, and forecasting.
You will play a critical role in optimising room revenue with an evolving focus on total revenue management across departments.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Revenue Support - Translate business analytics into tactical, measurable revenue strategies under guidance of the Cluster Revenue Manager.
- Support in the development of strategic pricing and distribution recommendations based on market intelligence and business trends.
- Participate in and progressively take ownership of weekly revenue and strategy meetings alongside senior hotel leadership.
Market Analysis & Pricing Strategy - Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and demand generators to inform dynamic pricing decisions.
- Evaluate performance of key business segments to support rate setting, group displacement analysis, and total revenue optimisation.
- Review and manage rate strategy tiers, booking pace by segment, and full-house day analysis.
- Optimise inventory and rate structures to capture peak demand and drive RevPAR.
Revenue Operations & Forecasting - Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly occupancy and revenue forecasts.
- Support the preparation of revenue reports, identifying variances and actionable insights.
- Ensure alignment of room inventory, rate availability, and market positioning across all distribution channels.
Reservations & Distribution Support - Oversee the execution of reservation policies and procedures and provide guidance to the Reservations team.
- Address and resolve guest complaints and billing disputes related to bookings, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
- Collaborate with Sales and Events teams to manage group blocks, cut-off dates, and special instructions.
Team Development & Cross-Functional Collaboration - Promote a revenue-focused culture within the Reservations, Front Office and Sales teams.
- Provide training and support on upselling and negotiation techniques.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with cross-functional teams to drive total hotel profitability.
