Pastry Chef Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pastry Chef to join our culinary team. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality pastry items, including desserts, breads, cakes, petit fours, and other baked goods.
About the Role:
* Prepare, produce, and present high-quality pastry items in accordance with menu planning and development.
* Support the Executive Head Pastry Chef in the day-to-day running of the pastry kitchen.
* Ensure consistent quality and presentation in all pastry dishes served.
* Assist with menu planning and development of new pastry items.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry area, including stock rotation and waste control.
* Monitor stock levels and communicate ordering needs with the kitchen team.
