We are recruiting a Senior Manager within a leading Big 4 Actuarial practice in Dublin.

About the Senior Non-life Manager– Risk Consulting role
Duties for this role include (but are not limited to):
* Lead Impactful Projects: Drive the successful delivery and management of actuarial and multidisciplinary projects, building strong client relationships.
* Shape Client Strategies: Leverage your deep non-life actuarial expertise to deliver exceptional consulting and assurance services across reserving, Solvency II, IFRS 17, and more.
* Mentor Future Leaders: Assist in the management and development of junior colleagues, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
* Drive Innovation: Contribute to cutting-edge research and development, staying at the forefront of industry trends and best practices.
* Cultivate Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying and addressing their specific needs.
Actuarial Skills required
Our client is looking to find a Qualified Actuary with 8+ years PQE and 10+ years of total experience in non-life insurance/reinsurance or non-life Candidates must ideally have experience of the following:
* Proven experience managing teams and delivering complex projects.
* Strong technical skills in non-life actuarial software and a deep understanding of industry challenges.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Visa sponsorship is available.
