Spanish B2B Customer Service Representative – Order to Shipping
Specific Purpose Contract – 5 Months (with potential monthly extension)

An internationally recognised fashion and cosmetics organisation with a global footprint is seeking a Fluent Spanish & English speaking B2B Customer Service Representative to join its high-performing Customer Service & Order Management team based in Dublin.
The successful candidate will have previous experience Order to Shipping and familiar with SAP.

The Role
In this role, you will take full ownership of the Order to Shipping lifecycle for a dedicated B2B client portfolio, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a seamless customer experience aligned with luxury retail service standards.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing the full order-to-shipping process, ensuring internal SLAs and KPIs are met
* Entering and managing orders accurately in SAP
* Acting as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding:
* Stock availability
* Delivery timelines
* Product and order status
* Proactively managing your client portfolio and anticipating customer needs
* Coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues related to:
* Product availability
* Pricing discrepancies
* Delivery delays or mis-shipments
* Managing claims and reverse logistics processes
* Preparing reports and operational updates for management and commercial teams when required
* Ensuring every interaction reflects a premium, customer-first experience
About You
You are detail oriented, customer-focused, and thrive in structured, process-driven environments.
Essential requirements:
* Fluent English and Spanish (written & spoken)
* Proven experience in Order Management / Order to Shipping / B2B Customer Service
* Strong SAP experience
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
