About the Role
You'll take full ownership of the account's performance, ensuring alignment with the client's strategic objectives. Leading two Field Sales Managers, you will guide the execution of best-in-class sales activity and brand activation across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
Client Partnership
* Build strong, strategic relationships with senior client stakeholders.
* Lead cross-functional business reviews and high-level strategic planning sessions.
Sales Strategy & Execution
* Design, plan, and implement targeted campaign activities with clear visibility of resources and ROI.
* Contribute to brand positioning, product offering, and pricing strategy.
Performance Leadership
* Set focused KPIs with your Field Sales Managers and drive accountability.
* Ensure the team has the data, insights, and tools needed to excel.
People Development
* Coach, mentor, and support Field Sales Managers and their teams.
* Oversee structured onboarding, ongoing training, and continuous skill development.
Operational Excellence
* Champion innovation and continuous improvement across all activities.
* Manage commercial aspects of the account budget.
* Oversee point-of-sale material management to support field execution.
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience as an Area Manager, National Sales Manager, or Account Manager within FMCG.
* Strong people‑management capability with a track record of developing high‑performing teams.
* Excellent commercial acumen and the ability to translate strategy into action.
* Outstanding organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using data to inform decisions.
