We are seeking a talented Product Development Associate to join our team. This exciting opportunity will allow you to work with our well-established organization in London, utilizing your skills and experience in asset management.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in the industry, excellent communication skills, and strong time-management abilities. Fund Accounting experience is desirable but not necessary. You will be responsible for monitoring products throughout their lifecycle, conducting ongoing Service Reviews, and facilitating the development and implementation of new products from initial research through to launch.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitoring products to ensure they remain competitive and mitigate customer detriment risks.
* Facilitating the development and implementation of new products.
* Analyzing the market and competitor landscape to identify investment trends and product flows.
* Supporting client migration and post-implementation reviews.
* Ensuring accurate data administration and maintaining records on Salesforce CRM.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Asset Management.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Good time-management and ability to work to multiple deadlines.
* Self-starter who can work independently when required.
* Ability to interact effectively with senior management and staff at all levels.
