We are seeking a highly skilled and accomplished Technology Leader to drive the technology infrastructure of our luxury properties.
This full-time, permanent role offers the opportunity to apply exceptional technical expertise in a world-class hospitality environment, ensuring seamless, secure, and innovative technology operations that uphold our reputation for excellence and discretion.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide expert leadership and oversight for all technology operations, infrastructure, and systems across our luxury properties.
* Manage, mentor, and support the technology team to ensure consistent service delivery and professional development.
* Oversee the maintenance and integration of all critical hotel systems, including Oracle Opera PMS, MICROS POS, and other bespoke hospitality applications.
* Design, implement, and maintain secure and resilient network, server, and data environments, including Windows Server (2019 and above), Active Directory, firewalls, virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V), and Veeam Backup solutions.
* Liaise with our global IT services provider when required.
