About the Role:
This role supports the implementation and execution of account plans across all product categories, maximising sales value, volume, and profitability. The Account Executive will provide reporting and analysis for the National Account Controller and National Account Managers, ensuring all data requirements of the account are met.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work with NAMs to provide action plans to support profitable growth and mix increase.
* Support NAMs to analyze promotional activity to ensure maximum ROI.
* Build and present monthly updates, identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities.
* Support general admin and reporting requests.
* Communicate to the Field Sales Team in store with regular updates, quarterly focuses, and store level reporting where required.
* Develop and coordinate retailer training requirements.
* Support monthly forecasting within Integrated Business Planning sessions to maintain high forecast accuracy.
* Implement the retailer digital strategy and maintain promotional calendars.
Requirements:
Desirable skills include understanding of account management and sales. Key skills and qualifications include business acumen, numerical interpretation, IT literacy, good presentation and communication skills, willingness to learn and develop, ability to build and harness outstanding relationships, self-motivation, and prioritisation of workload in a dynamic environment.
