This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their career and join a progressive department in Ayrton Group.Maternity Leave Cover – 10 monthsDuties:Schedule and deploy Safety Officers to client sites according to project requirements and timelines.Book and manage accommodation, travel, and other logistics for staff assignments.Maintain accurate records of employee availability, placements, and certifications.Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, collecting documentation, and updating candidate databases.Building a talent pool of top tier candidates.Advertising roles on various job boards.Updating and maintaining a database of Clients and CandidatesComplete monthly reports for Management.Working as part of a team in a very busy environment.Provide general administrative support to the recruitment and operations teams as needed.Requirements:1-2 years' administration experience.3rd level Qualification or relevant experience.Strong people and communication skills.Highly motivated, and willing to learn, with an excellent work ethic.Results focused driven individual who takes pride in a high quality of work.Strong team player with high level of flexibility.Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: Hybrid remote in Co.Cork, CO.
