What your role will entail
Completing all care duties and tasks, detailed in the individual care plan
Assisting clients with all personal care: toileting, washing, dressing etc.
Assisting in practical support such as house cleaning; cooking; dish washing; etc.
Ensuring clients are provided with refreshments and light snacks, as required
Promoting independence and choice where possible
Upholding clients' rights and preserving their dignity, always
