Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of large-scale building construction projects, including budgeting, cost tracking and forecasting, variations and compensation events.
The ideal candidate will have a degree qualification in Quantity Surveying and at least 7 years post-graduate experience in a similar role. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with project stakeholders.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Ireland's leading Main Contractors as part of their Waterford-based operations team. You will play a key role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
