Customer Service Advisor
Are you a motivated individual who works well in a team?
Are you passionate about delivering the best service for customers?
The ideal person will have/be:
GCSE level or equivalent minimum grade C in Maths and English.
Competent user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and detail examples of use in previous employment.
Proven customer service and communication ability.
Previous experience in one or more of the following: Car Rental company, Service Department, Administration or CRM booking in a car dealership.
Full-driving licence - aged 21+ for insurance purposes.
