As we continue to grow, we're seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and strengthen relationships with our valued customers.
The Role
As Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales performance, managing key customer accounts, and supporting the continued growth of our business.
You'll lead a dedicated sales administration team, ensuring our customer service, marketing, and sales processes deliver results.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring excellent service and repeat business.
Oversee and support the sales administration team, ensuring efficient order processing, customer follow-ups, and service excellence.
Manage marketing initiatives, including website updates, news items, and product promotions.
Prepare and monitor sales KPIs, sales forecasts, and performance reports for management.
Ensure accurate product specifications and quotations for signage and safety equipment.
Work closely with management on strategic growth plans and market development.

We're looking for a proactive, commercially minded leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing and wholesale environment.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the signage, manufacturing, or construction supply sectors.
Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities.
Good understanding of marketing, digital content, and CRM systems.
Strong analytical and reporting skills with an eye for process improvement.
A hands-on approach and a passion for delivering results.
