We're now seeking a Senior Bartender to join our talented bar team - someone with a love for fine spirits, whiskey, and genuine guest connection.
About the Role
As a Senior Bartender at Pigs Lane, you'll play a key role in the daily operation of the bar, helping to curate and deliver a best-in-class experience for every guest.
You'll combine technical skill with creative flair, contribute to cocktail development, and support the team with leadership, energy, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve cocktails, whiskeys, and spirits to the highest standard
Maintain deep product knowledge and share it with guests in an engaging, confident manner
Support the bar team and contribute to training and development
Ensure that all service, hygiene, and presentation standards are consistently met
Help drive innovation and creativity across our menu offerings
The Ideal Candidate
Previous bartending experience in a premium or high-volume venue
Excellent knowledge of spirits, whiskey, and classic and contemporary cocktails
A strong sense of hospitality and attention to detail
A creative mindset with a passion for continuous learning
Fluent in English and legally permitted to work in Ireland
18 years+ and available to work evenings and weekends
