Lucan School of Music is seeking a violin teacher for Wednesday afternoon / evenings.
Our school aims to foster a warm and welcoming environment and provide a positive environment for students of all ages to pursue their goals, whether for exams or for fun.
Responsibilities
Teaching students of all ages and levels violin. Lesson planning. Sourcing suitable material for each student's goal and level. Following exam syllabus and exam application (for some students). Communicating with parents. Assigning weekly practice to each student. Co-operating with school administration.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a background in the instrument, excellent communication skills and a passion for music. Teaching experience and familiarity with relevant exam boards would be ideal. Applicants must have experience teaching violin to Grade 8.
