Summary
The Learning Technology Manager will be part of the US Learning Operations and Strategy team supporting various organizational and programmatic learning and development efforts, focusing on learning survey analytics, evaluation strategy, evidence collection, and impact measurement. A key responsibility will be implementing the learning impact measurement framework with a focus on building “outcome-oriented learning” as a core capability.
This role will work closely with US teams in CE Skills & Capabilities Training, CE Commercial Operations, Insights and Decision Science, Product Management, and IT.
About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate on developing, improving, and implementing training technology tools and platforms for the Customer Engagement organization, ensuring best practices.
2. Lead evaluation framework design, troubleshooting, and integration of learning data from various systems to provide a holistic view of learner outcomes.
3. Partner with IDS and other teams for data collection, analysis, and reporting; communicate findings effectively.
4. Facilitate team capability building in impact analysis, systems thinking, evaluation methods, and data quality.
5. Research new approaches and engage with sales teams to promote continuous learning from the latest evidence.
6. Support a culture of reflection, learning, and data-driven decision-making.
7. Collaborate with learning design teams to integrate evaluation strategies into dashboard design.
8. Work with AD, Learning Technology, on dashboards and reports for outcomes and metrics.
9. Develop mechanisms for data collection, including survey instruments and assessment tools.
10. Analyze qualitative and quantitative data and synthesize findings.
11. Support adoption of Agile principles at the local level.
Essential Requirements
* 7+ years managing data analysis and technology projects, preferably in Pharmaceuticals or Life Sciences.
* 5+ years delivering complex learning technology projects (including AI-enabled tools) in L&D teams.
* Proficiency in designing Power BI applications and survey tools.
* Experience integrating AI learning tools into programs.
* Strong technical skills in learning tech platforms and programming.
* Experience working with senior leaders in matrixed organizations.
* Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, influencing, and vendor management skills.
* Advanced analytical skills with large datasets.
* Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Bachelor’s degree required.
Desired Requirements
* Familiarity with Kirkpatrick's Four Levels of Training Evaluation is a plus.
* MBA or technical certification preferred.
