The role of a Support Worker in our organization is to provide a key-working caring role for a group of individuals with an intellectual disability or autism. The primary responsibility is to assist with all aspects of personal care, including meals, personal hygiene, and other related aspects of physical well-being.
Job Description
* Provide personalized support to individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism, promoting their independence and autonomy.
* Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, personal grooming, and mobility.
* Develop and implement individualized plans to achieve specific outcomes and goals.
* Support community participation and integration, encouraging social interaction and engagement.
Skills and Qualifications:
