The Role As a Construction Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring that our projects are completed to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include: Setting out and verifying works to ensure all construction activities align with project drawings, specifications, and building regulations. Performing quality checks to ensure that all work meets rigorous standards. Planning and coordinating daily tasks with subcontractors and site personnel. Supervising trades on site and acting as a primary point of contact for subcontractors, architects, and clients. Ensuring all Health & Safety standards are consistently met and adhered to on site. Maintaining strong relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors, and site personnel to ensure smooth project delivery. Experience & Qualifications 12 years of site-based experience in a construction role. Strong understanding of construction practices, regulations, and health & safety requirements. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders and manage site teams effectively.
