This is a key leadership role within the culinary team, ideal for a chef with strong technical ability, creativity, and proven supervisory experience.You will help maintain the highest food standards across all outlets, oversee daily operations, and ensure excellence in both service and kitchen organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Executive Head Chef in managing all kitchen operationsLead, train, and mentor junior chefs and kitchen team membersDeliver high-quality dishes with consistency across all menusAssist with menu creation, costing, and seasonal updatesEnsure strict compliance with HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standardsManage stock levels, ordering, waste reduction, and cost controlOversee food preparation for restaurants, bar dining, banqueting, and eventsMaintain smooth communication between kitchen and front-of-house teamsSupport kitchen scheduling, task delegation, and performance reviewsA Day in the LifeYour day may begin with reviewing prep lists, checking daily orders, and coordinating with the kitchen team before service begins. You’ll work closely with the Executive Head Chef to plan menus, manage workflow, and ensure each plate leaving the pass meets the hotel’s high standards.
