Actuarial Reporting Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled actuarial reporting specialist to join our General Insurance Actuarial Function.
* Deliver high-quality Solvency II reports and capital analysis, supporting key regulatory and strategic processes.
* Collaborate closely with Finance and other teams to produce accurate outputs and provide insightful data on profitability and capital metrics.
* Deepen your expertise in non-life actuarial reporting and make a significant impact in this role.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Solvency II Reporting: Calculate Technical Provisions and SCR, and produce QRTs and support Solvency II returns.
2. Actuarial Function Report: Contribute to the report, including ORSA, Underwriting, and Reinsurance Opinions.
3. Capital Analysis: Provide insight into profitability metrics under IFRS17 and Solvency II, and support capital projections and scenario testing for planning and strategic reviews.
Requirements
* Nearly or Newly qualified actuary (IFoA or equivalent).
* Experience in general insurance, with exposure to Solvency II reporting.
* Strong understanding of non-life reserving and capital modelling.
* Excellent analytical and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with R is a plus.
