The role of the Clinical Facilitator is to be responsible for facilitating the personal and professional development of Keith Shaw ICU Staff Nurses, to ensure they are competent and safe practitioners, thus providing a high quality patient care. The post holder will be responsible for collaborating with nursing staff and the multidisciplinary team within Keith Shaw Unit, other clinical facilitators in Critical Care Unit and in St. James’s hospital to ensure the continuous quality improvement of critical care nursing practice, thereby improving patient outcomes.St. James's Hospital is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
