We are seeking a seasoned Hotel Operations Manager to oversee daily hotel activities, guarantee exceptional guest experiences, and maintain high standards across all departments.
Main Responsibilities:
* Direction of front office, accommodation, food & beverage, and public areas management
* Upkeep of cleanliness, service, hygiene, and overall guest satisfaction
* Leading the team, resolving guest issues, and handling check-in/check-out queries or complaints
* Supporting F&B operations, events, and functions when required
Candidates should have previous supervisory or managerial experience within a hotel setting (1-2 years+ ideal), strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills. A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is also necessary.
