Do you want to learn more?A snapshot of your key responsibilities as Test Analyst would be:Collaborate with business users and project teams to define application requirements.Design and develop test approaches, test cases, and test plans for functional, non-functional, performance, security, and API testing.Execute test cases, log defects, and track issues through to resolution.Provide results analysis, defect reports, and operational reporting.Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate testing with business users.Work closely with the Test Manager to identify and implement testing improvements.Evaluate and recommend testing tools for enhanced efficiency.Escalate issues in a timely manner and proactively contribute to process improvements.Requirements:3+ years in a similar testing roleStrong experience in manual testing (automation experience is a plus).Hands-on experience in web application testing and API testing.SQL knowledge and experience using Test Management Tools.Experience with JIRA and Confluence (preferred).Previous experience in the insurance industry or claims rules testing is an advantage.Exposure to DevOps and iterative development practices is beneficial.Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.So, are you ready to join our team?It's important to remember, emagine is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer; we value bringing together individuals from diverse backgrounds to develop innovative solutions for our customers.Opportunity type:ContractOther DetailsPositions are available on a remote basis; however, candidates based in Cork are preferred for occasional office attendance.
