InTheMarket.ieis an Irish, online retail business based in Carrigtwohill, Co. Cork. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated person with broad skills to join our team. It is an exciting time to join the business as we are expanding into international markets. The successful candidate will be exposed to a multitude of functions and learning is encouraged. This is a hybrid role and will cover a multitude of responsibilities. We have a friendly and closely knit team and we have a flat management structure, so you will be able to have an input into many areas of the business. A lot of your role will be working in our Warehouse with the duties that you would expect, such as picking, forklift driving, loading, stock control and unloading containers and regarding Customer Service, dealing with customers enquires, issues, queries in a professional and courteous manner. You will also deal with our Suppliers, as required. The role will based between the office and the warehouse, depending on where the need is at any given time. The warehouse element of the role will lifting and or movement of heavy stock items such as spin bikes, chicken coops etc. Ad hoc responsibilities will arise during the course of the role. The role will be permanent, following a successful Probationary Period. Essential Skills Ability to work in a Warehouse environment, when required. Lifting of heavy items, as part of the team, will be required. An ability to work well on your own initiative, but as importantly, to work well in a team environment Be an exceptional communicator, written and oral Customer Service experience over the phone, ideally also across WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and face to face Quick to learn new skills Excellent organisational skills Excellent computer skills, with Microsoft Office a must An ability to deal with suppliers and third party businesses over the phone and email Nice to Have Skills Forklift license Knowledge of Social Media Platform Management Manual Handling Certificate A Third Level Business qualification 1-2 years Online retail, Customer Service experience and/or Warehouse experience Hiring Process This role is a replacement role and will commence in June/July 2025.
