HR Business Partner Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping the people strategy of our organisation.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with the Site Director and Leadership Team to devise and execute on the Group People Strategy.
* Develop, maintain, and review the sites manpower plan in line with operational demand and budget.
* Lead on workforce planning, succession, and organisational design to futureproof our people capability.
* Advise on complex Employee Relations matters and ensure compliance with employment law.
* Embed and promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives, well-being activities, and employee reward programmes.
* Build strong partnerships with union representatives and Occupational Health.
* Lead the development and delivery of the sites Learning and Development strategy including apprenticeships and career pathways.
* Maintain accurate HR and payroll data using systems and ensure full compliance in audits.
* Produce and analyse site KPIs on absence, turnover, DE&I, employee development, etc., with actionable insights.
* Drive employee participation in community outreach and school partnerships.
You Will Need:
* Experience in a Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner position.
* Skilled in leading on complex Employee Relations cases, delivering on HR Strategies and onboarding new employees.
* Experienced in absence management, leading on engagement/Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives and devising/delivering training.
* Proficient in utilising HRIS Systems.
