Purpose of the Role:
">
This is a recruitment competition for the position of Clinical Nurse Manager 1 in the Adult Disability Service (Willow View). The Clinical Nurse Manager 1 will lead a dedicated team in delivering quality standards of person-centred care and support to adults living in the disability residential service.

Main Responsibilities:
">
">
* To work collaboratively with all stakeholders to support the strategic plan to support each service user to transition to an alternative specialist service provider(s) that can better meet their rights, needs and preferences in a community based, person-centred model of care.
">
* Confidentiality surrounding the service users and families must be always maintained.
">
* Lead a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, person-centred care and support.
">
* Develop and implement standards and policies to ensure the delivery of quality care and support.
">
* To oversee the management of resources, including staff, budget, and equipment.
">
* To provide leadership and guidance to staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
">

Requirements:
">
">
* The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:
">
* Registered with the NMBI and have three years post-registration experience in intellectual disability.
">
* Hold a Degree in Nursing or be in the process of completing a degree or equivalent in Healthcare Management/Leadership.
">
* Have at least six months in staff support, leading/managing teams, resource management and administration duties.
">
* Experience of implementing standards.
">
* Experience of working within a multidisciplinary team.
">
* Experience in key working.
