As a Cleaning Manager, you will:
Manage the delivery of cleaning services (GMP and non-GMP) at site level, ensuring outstanding service delivery and full compliance with operational, health, and safety requirements.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of cleaning professionals to achieve high performance and exceptional client satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with Pfizer stakeholders, leading by example to promote positive engagement.
Ensure operational, financial, and compliance targets are consistently met or exceeded, delivering against KPIs and SLAs.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support strategic planning in partnership with the General Services Manager (GSM). xyswxtq

Health & Safety qualification (IOSH or equivalent)Qualifications:
GMP / Clean Room training desirable but not essentialExperience:
Proven leadership experience in cleaning operations, ideally within the pharmaceutical or medical device industryPerson Specification:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong financial and administrative acumen
Detail-oriented and highly organised
Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
