We are currently hiring for a critical finance role to join our team on an 11-month fixed term contract based in North Dublin. This Finance Systems Supervisor position reports directly to the Finance Systems and Transformation Manager and will collaborate closely with staff across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise the Finance helpdesk, ensuring timely responses that meet service level agreements.
* Conduct regular compliance reviews of financial systems user accounts.
* Develop ticket templates to cater for new helpdesk requirements and improve efficiency.
* Liaise with IT audit teams regarding user access privileges and financial transactions workflows
* Prioritize customer-centric approach when addressing end-user queries through email or phone support
This role involves providing operational insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) of HelpDesk activities as well as contributing feedback towards future business strategies. We're looking for a dedicated professional who can streamline processes, enhance system functionality and facilitate effective training delivery across various teams within our company.
